These recipes are great since they can all be customized depending on which essential oils you use. If you’re wondering which essential oils I like to use, here ya go! πŸ™‚

Essential Oils for my ultimate Spa Experience

Foaming Hand Soap: Lavender, Ylang Ylang, or Geranium

Linen Spray: Lavender or a mix of lavender and Roman Chamomile, or Cedarwood

Sugar Scrub: Stress Away for relaxation or Lemon for revitalization

Body Butter: Grounding. Peace & Calming, Lavender, or Ylang Ylang

Bath Salts: Stress Away, Eucalyptus Globulus, Lavender, or Idaho Balsam Fir

Body Wash: Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, or Geranium

Where to find Containers:

I’m a bit of a hoarder when it comes to saving containers. I’m always thinking how can I re-purpose this? πŸ™‚ So if you already have containers that will work, use those. If not you can easily find the containers you need at local stores. My favorite places to look include the Container Store, Target, Michaels Craft Store, and even Whole Foods (especially if I just need one spray bottle). If you prefer to shop online here are some links to containers that would be great to use.

Wishing you a rejuvenating and Happy Mother’s Day!
